钴冶炼高镁硫酸铵废水处理工程实践技术

         

摘要

针对钴冶炼中排出的高镁硫酸铵废水,以硫化钠为沉淀剂去除钴镍,采用磷酸二氢铵除镁+四效逆流降膜真空蒸发法组合工艺,可综合回收硫化钴与硫化镍、磷酸铵镁、硫酸铵,其中磷酸铵镁和硫酸铵产品均达到国家一级标准,最终废水中氨氮≤8 mg/L.生产实践表明:年处理30万t高镁硫酸铵废水,可回收300 t硫化镍钴,1.6万t六水磷酸铵镁及4万t硫酸铵,年销售收入达600万元以上,实现了高镁氨氮废水的资源化.%Aiming at the ammonium sulfate wastewater with highly concentrated magnesium discharged from cobalt smelting plants,sodium sulfide as precipitant has been used for the removal of cobalt and nickel. The combined process,removing magnesium with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate+four-effect countercurrent falling film vacu-um evaporation,can comprehensively reclaim cobalt sulfide,nickel sulfide,magnesium ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate,among which both magnesium ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate products can reach the national first level standard ,and the final wastewater ammonia nitrogen is ≤8 mg/L. The production prac-tice shows that when 300000 tons of ammonium sulfate wastewater with highly concentrated magnesium is treat-ed,300 tons of cobalt sulfide and nickel sulfide,16000 tons of magnesium ammonium phosphate and 40000 tons of ammonium sulfate can be reclaimed annually. The annual sale income reaches more than CNY 6000000,realiz-ing the resource utilization of ammonia sulfate wastewater with highly concentration magnesium
