The application of seawater is one of the important ways to solve the crisis of fresh water resources. For seawater environment ,the present situation in environmental-friendly corrosion inhibitor development is expounded,the mechanism of action is described briefly,its complex and usage situations are intro-duced emphatically,and its development trend is predicted.
