臭氧-水解酸化-BAF深度处理燃料乙醇废水

         

摘要

采用臭氧-水解酸化-内循环BAF组合工艺深度处理燃料乙醇企业二级生化出水,考察了臭氧氧化时间、臭氧投加速率、生化处理单元HRT对废水COD、NH3-N、色度去除率的影响。结果表明:当进水COD为230~270 mg/L,NH3-N为9.7~10.9 mg/L,色度为80~124倍时,在臭氧氧化时间为30 min,臭氧投加速率为1.40 g/h,水解酸化池和内循环BAF反应器HRT均为4 h的条件下,出水COD、NH3-N分别为45.9、3.13 mg/L,色度<4倍,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级排放标准的要求。%The combined process,ozonation-hydrolysis acidification-IRBAF,has been used for the advanced treat-ment of secondary biochemical effluent in a fuel ethanol plant. The influences of ozonation time,ozone adding speed, and biochemical treatment unit HRT on the removing rates of COD ,NH3-N and chroma of the wastewater are investigated. The results show that when the influent COD is 230-270 mg/L,NH3-N 9.7-10.9 mg/L,and chroma 80-124 times,under the following conditions:ozonation time is 30 min,ozone adding speed 1.40 g/h,HRT in both hydrolysis acidification pool and IRBAF reactor are 4 h,the effluent COD and NH3-N are 45.9 mg/L and 3.13 mg/L, respectively,and chroma less than 4 times,meeting the requirements for the first level discharge standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).
