CFU在海上油田水处理中的技术创新和应用

         

摘要

南海某油田生产平台未来10a产液量将大幅增加,当前平台的水处理能力不能满足未来产液量增加后水处理量的要求,需要对水处理系统进行扩容改造.基于改造的特殊要求,该油田采用了世界前沿的CFU水处理技术,引进两套体积小、质量轻、效率高、处理能力为530 m3/h的新型CFU装置.现场调试结果表明:CFU人口水中含油300~450 mg/L,经CFU处理后出口水中含油<18mg/L,除油率在95%以上.该设备能大大提高该油田的水处理效果.%The fluid producing capacity of an oilfield platform in the South China Sea will increase significantly in 10 years,but the current water treatment capacity cannot meet the requirements of the treatment capacity after the liquid producing capacity is increased in the future.Therefore the water treatment system needs expanding and retrofitting.According to the special requirements of this retrofitting,a new type of CFU device (Compact Flotation Unit) has been used by the oil field and two sets of CFU device have been introduced.These devices have small size,light mass and high efficiency.The oil content of CFU inlet water is 300-450 mg/L.After the effluent water has been treated by CFU,its oil content is <18 mg/L,and its oil removing rate is above 95%.It verifies that this CFU device is able to greatly improve the water treatment effect of the oilfield.
