UV-Fenton法处理酸性含氰废水的试验研究

         

摘要

UV-Fenton advanced chemical oxidation process was used to treat acidic cyanide containing wastewater, and the influence of operation condition on the treatment effect was discussed. The results showed that: when the pH value was 3.5 - 4.5, the retention time was 80 min, the mass ratio of FeS04 to H202 was 60: 1,the removal rate of cyanide reached 95% or above, and the mass concentration of cyanide in the effluent water was below 20 mg/L. It could be seen that, using the said process to treat acidic cyanide containing wastewater could gain a good effect; the cyanide was removed effectively, and the effluent water quality met the discharge standard.%采用UV-Fenton高级化学氧化法处理酸性含氰废水,探讨了操作条件对氰化物处理效果的影响,结果表明:在pH值为3.5~4.5,停留时间为80min,FeSO4与H2O2质量比为60:1时,氰化物去除率达95%以上,出水中氰化物的质量浓度可达到20mg/L以下,取得较好的处理效果,满足出水水质要求,该方法能够较好地去除酸性含氰废水中的氰化物.
