The paper selects subject service platforms in 16 famous universities in China as study objects, compares three subject service platforms including LibGuides, blog and independently-developed softwares from aspects of function, layout, resource organiza-tion and user participation, and concludes application status quo of the three subject service platforms in key universities. The results show that LibGuides and blog are widely used, and independently-developed softwares can only be used to develop small subject web-pages because of lack of strong support of technical teams.%选取国内16所知名高校学科服务平台作为研究对象，对常用的LibGuides、博客及自主研发软件等3种学科服务平台，从功能、布局、资源组织以及用户参与度等方面进行比较，总结了3种学科服务平台在重点高校中的使用情况。发现LibGuides和博客应用最广泛，自主开发软件由于缺乏强大的技术团队支持，目前只能开发一些小型的学科网页。
