选取浙江省内21所高校图书馆作为机构样本，统计分析各机构2003-2013年的发表论文数据，应用h指数法进行机构发文评价并分析h指数关联因素。结果表明，h指数较传统单项计量指标可更加合理地评价发文机构的科研产出力与影响力；h指数与发文总被引频次关联度最高，与被引篇数和篇均被引频次其次，与发文量的关联度最低。%The paper takes 21 university libraries in Zhejiang Province for affiliation samples, statistically analyses published pa-pers of affiliations in 2003-2013. It uses h-index to evaluate affiliations’ published paper and analyses h-index correlative factors. The results show that h-index can evaluate affiliations’ scientific research output and impact more rationally than traditional single metric index;h-index is most highly correlated with total cited frequency of papers, followed by number of cited papers and average cited fre-quency, lowest with number of papers.
