The paper collects software industry patent information in 2001-2013, constructs cluster prediction model, analyzes the relationship between technology and market in industry cluster by using linear regression, factor analysis and PCA, and forms a tech-nology map. The result shows that various techniques in Fujian software industry cluster impact each other, eventually forms the indus-try development trend which is given priority to digital communications, and visual communications, telephone communications as the auxiliary in technology, pays equal attention to information processing and information transmission in product function.%收集了2001-2013年福建省软件产业的专利信息，构建集群预测模型。运用线性回归、因子分析、主成分分析的方法分析了产业集群中技术与市场之间的关系，并根据分析结果形成技术地图。结果表明：福建省软件产业集群中各项技术之间相互影响，最终在技术上形成以数字通信为主，视像通信、电话通信为辅，产品功能上信息内容处理与信息传输处理并重的产业发展趋势。
