The paper introduces status quo, system and legal protection of technology assessment in Taiwan region from construc-tion of laws and system of technology assessment, and analyzes characteristics and limitations of technology assessment in Taiwan. It aims at status quo of technology assessment in Fujian, gives suggestions for Fujian’s technology assessment work.%从科技评估法规建设和科技评估体系建设方面，介绍了台湾地区科技评估工作现状、科技评估体系和法律保障，对台湾地区科技评估的特色和局限性进行了分析。针对福建省科技评估工作现状，指出了我省科技评估工作应从中得到的借鉴和改进的措施。
