以“吉州窑”品牌服务为例，以CNKI数据库为数据来源，从文献检索、管理检索结果、导入题录信息、题录信息更新、自动编辑参考文献等角度，比较分析了NoteFirst、NoteExpress、CNKI E-Learning 3款软件在获取文献、管理文献及助推论文写作参考文献生成规范等方面的效果，希望对图书馆同仁选择软件进行相关品牌服务或科研工作者利用软件提高论文写作效率提供参考。%The paper takes brand service of Jizhou Kiln for example, takes CNKI database as data resource, analyzes effects of 3 softwares of NoteFirst, NoteExpress, CNKI E-Learning in aspects of document acquisition, document management and reference gener-ation specification from the perspectives of document retrieval, retrieval result management, bibliographic information importing, biblio-graphic information updating and references automatic editing, so as to provide reference for library staff in selecting software in brand service or for researcher in improving paper writing efficiency.
