This paper analyzes the status quo of research on recommendation systems in China and abroad,summarizes the deficiencies of the current traditional recommendation systems,and thereby proposes an improved scheme,that is,a hybrid personalized recommendation platform based on Service-Oriented Architecture（SOA）.On the basis of the platform,the paper constructs a hybrid recommendation model based on SOA,and analyzes the inner factors and outer situational factors affecting the selection of recommendation strategies within the model from multiple angles.The paper also points out the advantages of the platform and the problems which should be paid attention to in the implementation process.%文章分析推荐系统的国内外研究现状,总结传统推荐系统的不足,据此提出一个基于SOA的混合个性化推荐平台改进方案。在平台的基础上构建基于SOA的混合推荐模型,对影响模型内推荐策略选择的内部因素和外部情境因素进行了详细分析,并指出该平台的优势和实施时应注意的问题。
