以山西大学在校大学生为样本,对图书馆电子服务的熟悉和喜好程度进行了调研,利用方差分析方法对不同年级大学生的电子服务利用进行了分析。提出通过提升图书馆电子服务与用户需求的相关性、强制使用、改进图书馆网站设计和提高用户自我效能等措施,来提升图书馆电子服务的利用效率。%Taking the students in Shanxi university for example,this paper investigates how college students are familiar with and fond of library e-services.The ANOVA method is used to analyze the utilization of library e-services by college students of different grades.Finally,the paper proposes some measures to improve the utilization efficiency of library e-services such as increasing the relevance of library e-services to users’ information demand,compelling the users to use library e-services,improving the design of the library website,and enhancing user self-efficiency.
