Successful disciplinary service depends on the perfect disciplinary service system. The disciplinary service system mainly consists of disciplinary service users, subject librarians, disciplinary resources and disciplinary service platform. The general framework of the disciplinary service system should be constructed from the following 4 layers ： the mainstay layer, the resources layer, the management layer, and the application layer.
