This article discriminates the relationships between enterprise information capability, enterprise knowledge management capability and enterprise information competitiveness, namely, enterprise information capability is the most important part of modem enterprise information competitiveness, enterprise information capability is the basis of enterprise knowledge management capability, and enterprise knowledge management capability is the expansion and extension of enterprise information capability. On this basis, the article constructs a conceptual model of enterprise information competitiveness, establishes a set of index systems for the evaluation of enterprise information competitiveness, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise information competitiveness by the use of the analytic hierarchy process method and the factor analysis method.%文章辨析了企业信息能力、知识管理能力以及企业信息竞争力三者之间的关系：企业信息能力是现代企业信息竞争力最重要的内容，企业信息能力是知识管理能力的基础，企业知识管理能力是企业信息能力的拓展与延伸。在此基础上构建了一个企业信息竞争力概念模型，建立了一套评价企业信息竞争力的指标体系，并应用层次分析法和因子分析法构建了企业信息竞争力的综合评价模型。
