The objective existence of information asymmetry in library consortia would result in credibility crisis among consortia members and hinder the development of their cooperative relationships. The correct transfer and rapid communication of information is an important path to eliminate conflicts, resolve contradictions and reduce operating risks in library consortia. Therefore, the leaders of the library consortia should be active in setting up various information communication networks and construct the information communication platforms by the use of network technologies to achieve low-cost, high-efficiency and real time information communication, and also to provide sufficient information for consortia coordinated management and decision making, thus improving the performance of library consortia.%图书馆联盟中信息不对称现象的客观存在，会导致联盟成员之间的信任危机，妨碍合作关系的发展。而信息的正确传递与快速沟通则是消除冲突、解决矛盾、降低联盟运行风险的重要途径。因此，图书馆联盟的领导者应积极组织建立各种信息沟通网络，借助网络技术构建信息沟通平台，以实现低成本、高效、实时的信息沟通，为联盟协调管理和决策制定提供充分的信息，最终提高联盟合作的绩效。
