社区信息化评价:模型构建及分析——以安徽省合肥市为例

         

摘要

文章构建了社区信息化系统用户满意度概念模型,并以安徽省舍肥市300户居户为样本对模型进行验证性研究。结果表明:所有观测变量均较好地解释上层结构变量;公众预期对电子公共服务系统的差异感知和满意度是否适配没有显著影响,差异感知对公众满意度没有显著影响;电子公共服务质量感知的维度划分与差异感知观测变量的设置都是合理的;电子公共服务公众满意度对政府形象的影响显著。%This paper constructs a conceptual model of user satisfaction for the community informatization system, and then takes 300 households in Hefei, Anhui province for sample to verify this model. The results show that all the observed variables can better explain the upper-level structure variables; the public expectations have no significant influence on the adaptability of the different perceptions of the electronic public service system to the satisfaction with the electronic public service system, and different perceptions have no significant influence on the public satisfaction; both the dimensional division of the perception of the electronic public service quality and the setting of the different perception of the observation variables are rational; and the public satisfaction with the electronic public service has obvious influence on the government image.
