An algorithm of NFTL Flash is designed to realize the voice storage of the walkie-talkie.The algorithm is described from three aspects: logical mapping algorithm, read operation algorithm and write operation algorithm.The block address mapping diagram, the read operation algorithm flow chart and the operation diagram of the write operation algorithm are presentd.The advantages of the algorithm are compared with the traditional block address mapping algorithm from the aspects of space utilization, wear balance, block recovery and bad block management.Finally, the performance of reading and writing, wear balance performance test results are given out.%设计了一种NAND Flash转换层的算法用于实现对讲机的语音存储,从逻辑映射算法、读操作算法、写操作算法三个角度对算法进行了具体阐述;给出了块地址映射示意图、读操作算法流程图、写操作算法流程图以及写操作转换示意图;从空间利用率、磨损均衡、块回收、坏块管理等角度对比传统的块地址映射算法进行了算法的优势分析;最后给出了读写性能、磨损均衡的性能测试结果.
