According to the insufficiency of the traditional manual appraisal, a . NET based performance appraisal system of management personnel is presented. B/S structure, LINQ to SQL data access technology and n-ayers software architecture are adopted. The interface is designed by using ASP. NET.The system realizes the function of management, appraisal, calculation and querying. The performance is optimized by using stored-process, AJAX, and cache technology. The actual operation of the system will effectively improve the performance of management personnel.%针对传统的人工绩效考核方式存在的不足.利用.NET平台构建了一套采用B/S结构的管理人员绩效考核系统,采用LINQ to SQL数据库访问技术和多层软件架构,界面采用ASP.NET设计,实现了绩效考核的管理、评分、统计、查询等功能.利用存储过程、AJAX、数据缓存等技术优化了系统性能.系统的实际运行将有效地提高管理人员的绩效水平.
