Objective:To explore the clinical results of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine thera -py in the treatment of reflux esophagitis .Methods:The clinical data of 122 cases were selected to be retrospec-tively analyzed and were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods .Among them,in the control group patients ( n=60 ) were treated by western medicine alone .While in the observation group they(n=62)were treated by the combination of modified four inverse scattered and acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine treatment .Observe the difference of the signs disappear-ance time and recovery time in two groups .Compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of two kinds of treatment methods.Results:The signs disappearance time in the observation group was (7.08 ±1.72)d and the recovery time was (14.56 ±5.12)d,which were significantly shorter than (11.69 ±3.24)d,(22.51 ± 6.33 ) d in the control group;the symptom remission rate in the observation group was 96 .77﹪( 60/62 ) and the improvement of endoscopic lesions was 85 .48﹪( 53/62 ) , which were significantly higher than 81 .67﹪(49/60),70.00﹪ (42/60) in the control group;in addition,in the observation group only 2 patients had mild diarrhea without other adverse reactions .The adverse reaction rate was 3.23﹪(2/62),which was signifi-cantly lower than 16 .67﹪( 10/60 ) in the control group , with statistical significance compared between two groups ( P ﹤0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Integrative therapies in the treatment of reflux esophagitis can effectively shorten the healing time ,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the adverse reaction rate .Its curative effect is significantly better than the single application of western medicine which should be introduced in clinical practice.%目的：：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法：选择符合纳入标准的122例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组。其中对照组60例，给予西药进行治疗，观察组62例在对照组西药治疗的基础上联合加味四逆散及中医针灸治疗。观察两组患者的体征消失时间、痊愈时间差异，比较两种治疗方法下的临床有效率和不良反应率。结果：观察组患者的体征消失时间为(7.08±1.72)天，痊愈时间为(14.56±5.12)天，均显著低于对照组的(11.69±3.24)天、(22.51±6.33)天；观察组患者的症状缓解有效率为96.77﹪(60/62)，胃镜下病变改善有效率为85.48﹪(53/62)，均显著高于对照组的81.67﹪(49/60)、70.00﹪(42/60)；观察组仅2例患者出现轻度腹泻，无其他不良反应发生，不良反应率为3.23﹪(2/62)，显著低于对照组的16.67﹪(10/60)，两组间差异比较均具有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。结论：加味四逆散联合针灸疗法应用于反流性食管炎的治疗中，能有效缩短患者的痊愈时间，提高治疗效果，降低不良反应率，其疗效显著优于单独应用西药治疗，值得在临床上推广使用。
