Objective: To set up the method of determination of total flavone in Stamen Nelumbinis. Method:The contents of total flavone were determined by spectrophotometry. Reference substance was rutin, 5％ AlCl3 in methanol was chromogenic agent and the detection wavelength was at 413 nm. Result: The linear range of total flavone was between 3 ～ 30ug/mL, the mean recovery rate was 98. 95％, RSD = 0. 90％ (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility. It is a suitable way for determination of total flavone in Stamen Nelumbinis.%目的:建立莲须药材中总黄酮的含量测定方法.方法:采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,5%三氛化铝甲醇溶液为显色剂,在波长413nm处对样品中的总黄酮进行含量测定.结果:总黄酮在3～30ug/mL之间,线性关系良好,加样回收率98.95%,RSD =0 90% (n = 6 ).结论:该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性,适用于莲须中总黄酮的含量测定.
