工艺温度对DNTF/DNAN二元共熔物传爆性能影响

         

摘要

The critical diameter of explosive and the detonation capability of DNTF/DNAN eutectic mixture (w DNTF/w DNAN=55/45) under different process temperature were studied. The crystallization difference was researched by using X-ray diffraction, SEM and microscope. The results showed that the grain of samples is small and fine under 80 temperature, therefore, the samples have low critical diameter and good performance on the corner booster.%研究了w DNTF/w DNAN=55/45二元低共熔物在不同工艺温度下的传爆临界直径和拐角传爆能力,并通过X射线衍射、电镜和显微镜观察分析了在两种不同工艺温度下的结晶差别。结果表明:该二元共熔物在80℃工艺温度下浇注时晶粒细小、质量较好,因此具有较小的临界直径和较好的拐角传爆能力。
