一种应用极化谱的变压器绝缘状态评估方法

         

摘要

This paper introduces the principle of power transformer insulation aging and the current commonly used detection methods and their limitations of transformer insulation condition, subsequently introduces an on-site non-destructive detection method(polarization spectrum analysis method), which has the advantages of strong anti-interference and large amount of state. Based on the test of the polarization spectrum residual voltage peak value, the center time constant and the initial slope of the curve to analyze the insulation condition of the transformer. Study the relationship between the characteristic parameter value of the polarization spectrum and the moisture content, the temperature value, the service life of the transformer. And verify the validity of the polarization spectrum analysis technology through absorption ratio test. The results of the test are consistent with the results of polarization spectrum analysis technique.%介绍了电力变压器绝缘老化原理、变压器绝缘状态常用的检测手段及其局限性,提出了一种现场无损的变压器绝缘状态检测方法——极化谱分析方法。该方法具有抗干扰强、反映状态量多等优点,可通过测试的极化频谱残压峰值、中心时间常数和曲线初始斜率来分析变压器的绝缘状况。研究了极化频谱特性参数与水的质量分数、变压器内部温度、变压器运行年限之间的关系,并进行吸收比测试,测试结果与采用极化谱分析技术测试结论一致,验证了极化谱分析技术的有效性。
