大力推进协同创新是增强自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的重要任务，是提升高校学科和科技水平，是高等教育的必然选择。本文主要针对高校人才培养的现状及问题进行了分析，提出了人才培养的实践及对策。%Promoting collaborative innovation vigorously is the important task of enhancing the ability of independent innovation and building an innovation-oriented country, is also the inevitable choice of promoting the level of disciplines and science & technology in colleges. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of talent cultivation in colleges and puts forwards the practice and countermeasures of talent cultivation.
