文章主要针对在企业竞争情报系统构建中地方情报机构作用进行了研究。从技术竞争情报、政策信息、项目申请等方面地方情报机构在企业发展中发挥的作用，以及可能为企业发展提供的情报建设等作用进行了探讨。为地方政府和企业相关部门提供参考性建议和意见。%This paper mainly analyzes the role of local intelligence agency in the construction of enterprise competitive intelligence system. The local intelligence agency’s role in enterprise development has been discussed from the technical competitive intelligence, policy information, project application, etc, and its role of intelligence construction possibly provided for the enterprise development is also discussed. It provides referential suggestions and opinions for the relevant departments of the local government and enterprises.
