民办高校大学生就业焦虑研究--基于社会支持视角

         

摘要

Adopting“Employment Anxiety Scale”,“Employment Anxiety Questionnaire”and“Social Support Rating Congruence Scale”, a random investigation was made to 720 junior and senior students from Zhengzhou University of Science & Technology. It shows that the investigated college students generally have employment anxiety, and there exists significant difference between different individuals. Therefore, paying close attention to college students' employment psychology, reducing anxiety levels, and promoting the smooth employment can not only contribute to the sustainable development of universities, but also indirectly affect local economic development and social order stability Through this study, research on college students' employment problems has been enriched and the basis for formulating employment-related measures has been provided..%采用“就业焦虑量表”、“就业焦虑问卷”和“社会支持评定量表”随机调研郑州科技学院大三、大四720名学生,发现被试大学生普遍存在就业焦虑,且不同个体差异显著。因此,关注大学生就业心理,降低就业焦虑程度、促进顺利就业,不仅促进学校的可持续发展,还将间接影响地方经济发展和社会秩序稳定。通过本研究丰富大学生就业问题的研究,且为高校制定有关就业的措施提供依据。
