考虑传感结构中气隙的电工钢片三维磁特性研究

         

摘要

In order to analyze the magnetic properties of the materials,comprehensively,the method of 3-D magnetic proper-ties was proposed.Considering the uneven filed along laminated direction of silicon steel laminated direction,a novel combined B-H sensing coil with high precision was designed. The precision problems of the sensor signal of 3-D magnetic properties were deeply studied ,a scheme of improving the signal precision was also presented. Using the novel coils and compensation scheme, the 3-D magnetic properties and loss features of non-oriented silicon steel laminations ( 35WW270) were discussed under the space spherical excitation model.%为了全面分析材料的磁特性,提出了三维磁特性测量方法.考虑到硅钢片叠片方向的磁场不均匀性,设计了一种新型的高精度B-H复合传感线圈.并针对三维磁特性传感信号的精度问题进行了深入研究,提出了一套改善信号精度的方案.采用新型线圈和补偿方案,讨论了在空间球形的激磁模型下,无取向硅钢片(35WW270)的三维磁特性和损耗特性.
