SF6分解物检测中红外和电化学SO2传感器性能的研究

         

摘要

In this paper,dynamic gas distribution system was used to import the SO2 gas of specified concentration mixed with SF6 gas into the decomposition detector,and the characteristics of SO2 infrared sensor and SO2 electrochemical sensor were studied and compared,such as accuracy,stability and response time.Because of the close infrared light wave length absorption between SO2 gas and SF6 gas,the impact from SF6 gas affected SO2 infrared sensor was explored,based on the repeated measurements of SO2 concentration whose bottom blowing gas is respectively SF6 or N2.At the same time,the experiments show that the cross effect of the two gases made the measurement stability of SO2 infrared sensor worse.In addition,through the tests of multi SO2 electrochemical sensors under the same measurement condition in the SO2 sensors compared experiment,the fact that measurement characteristics of the SO2 electrochemical sensors with personality differences are in common was verified,and the feasible suggestions for improving the measurement accuracy of electrochemical sensor were also presented at the end of the paper.%利用动态配气系统将指定浓度的SO2气体导入分解物检测仪中,对比研究了以SF6气体为底气时SO2红外和电化学传感器的准确性、稳定性和响应时间等测量特征.通过对以SF6和N2为底气的SO2气体浓度的反复测量,探究了由于SO2和SF6气体吸收红外光波长较为接近,SF6气体对SO2红外传感器测量性能的影响;实验表明:二种气体的交叉影响使得SO2红外传感器的测量稳定性发生劣化.此外,通过对同一测量条件下多台SO2电化学法传感器的测试,验证了传感器性能对比实验中,个性差异较大的SO2电化学传感器所表现出的测量特性具有一定共性,并在文末给出了提高电化学传感器测量准确性的可行建议.
