基于物联网的升降机监控系统设计与实现

         

摘要

为了实现升降机运行数据的实时存储与状态监控,提高升降机运行的安全性、可靠性和智能化水平,设计了基于物联网的升降机监控系统。系统集成了数据通信系统和升降机状态监控系统两个主要模块,数据通信系统包括数据处理模块、GP RS通信模块和通信服务器,数据处理模块实时接收和处理P LC和变频器发送的状态数据信息,再由GP RS通信模块和通信服务器实现状态数据的传输与存储,然后,监控系统通过实时调用状态数据实现升降机状态的实时监控。通过在港口升降机监控的实际应用,验证了系统运行的有效性。%In order to implement running data storage and status monitoring for elevator in real time, the security, reliability and intelligent level of the elevator running were improved, the elevator monitoring system based on Internet of Things was de-signed. Two main modules that data communication system and elevator status monitoring system were integrated on the system. Data processing module, GPRS communication module and communication server were included in the data communication sys-tem.Status data information that PLC and Variable-frequency Drive transmitted was received and processed by data processing modulein real time, and then transmission and storage of status data were implemented by the GPRS communication module and the communication server. Then real-time monitoring of the elevator status was realized by monitoring system calling status data in real time. Finally,the elevator monitoring was applied to illustrate the effectiveness of the system running in the harbour.
