基于Allan方差的时栅角位移传感器误差识别

         

摘要

In order to identify the main sources of the error of the time grating angular displacement sensor more effectively, according to the characteristics of time grating measurement error,an analysis method of time grating displacement sensor error based on Allan variance was proposed in this paper.The method combined the physical structure of time grating and experimental data was applied to analyze error characteristics.Errors were divided into six categories:quantization noise,angle random walk, rate random walk,rate ramp,zero bias instability and sinusoidal noise,and the error identification model of time grating was con-structed.Using the constructed error identification model of time grating data analysis,the error characteristic coefficient of the 6 kinds was gotten to determine the main source of time grating error.The results show that this method can reflect time grating error characteristics and the main error sources more directly,which lays a foundation for improving the time grating error compensation and dynamic filtering accuracy.%为更有效地识别时栅角位移传感器误差的主要来源,根据时栅误差特性,提出一种基于Allan方差的时栅位移传感器误差分析方法。应用该方法结合时栅物理结构和实验数据分析误差特性,将误差分为6类:量化噪声、角度随机游走、速率随机游走、速率斜坡、零偏不稳定性以及正弦噪声,并构建时栅误差辨识模型。运用所构建的误差辨识模型对时栅的数据进行分析,得到6类误差的特征系数,从而确定时栅误差的主要来源。实验研究结果表明该方法能较直接地反映时栅误差特点及主要误差来源,为提高时栅误差补偿和动态滤波精度奠定了基础。
