针对港口码头对船舶靠岸作业的远程监控和智能化控制发展趋势,设计了一种由远程上位机及现场P LC控制系统组成的智能脱缆钩监控系统,系统通过现场P LC实现对外部传感器信号的采集处理及显示,同时PLC将处理后的信号通过Modbus传给上位机,并接收上位机发送的控制指令,实现正常工况下的远程监控脱缆,以及紧急情况下的自动脱缆,有效提高了船舶靠岸作业的稳定性和可靠性。%For the development trend of remote monitoring and intelligent control of ships dock working, an intelligent release hook monitoring system which is composed of a remote host computer and PLC control system was designed. The PLC can acquire process and display of the external sensor signal, and then the processed date was sent to the host computer via Modbus by PLC. The host sent control commands to the PLC, achieving remote monitoring and control under normal conditions and auto-matic cable release under emergency situations and improving the stability and reliability of ships dock working.
