This paper analyzed the cause of low precision and temperature sensitivity of vibrating wire sensors,it presented the temperature self-compensation technology and square algorithm to improve the accuracy and stability,pointed out the mathematical model of differential-type structure and put forward the testing method of AT89C52 and its hardware circuit.The experiment results show that the accuracy and stability of the vibrating wire sensors will reach 10-5 orders of magnitude%文中分析了振弦传感器线性度低、温度敏感性的原因,提出采用差动式结构、温度自补偿技术和平方算法,提高传感器的测量精度和稳定度,并给出了差动式结构的数学模型,给出了应用AT89C52单片机进行测频的方案和具体硬件电路.实验证明,采用该种方法,振弦传感器测量系统的测量精度和稳定度可达到10-5数量级.
