针对垃圾发电厂传统的机械振打清灰装置,介绍了一套新型的清灰装置.根据垃圾发电厂的具体要求,采用工控机作为上位机,PLC为下位机,设计了一套锅炉清灰装置自动控制系统.详细介绍了系统硬件的配置及功能,并设计了相应的程序梯形图与操作监控界面.经过电厂应用,验证了控制系统的可靠性与稳定性,为电厂节约了经济成本,提高了清灰振打的效率,取得了很好的应用效果.%According to traditional mechanical vibration deashing device for garbage power plant,this paper introduced a new kind of deashing device.According to the specific requirements of the rubbish power plant,this paper used industrial PC as the upper computer,at the same time,used PLC as lower computer,designed a set of automatic control system for boiler deashing device.Detailed introduced the configuration and function of the system hardware,and designed the corresponding process ladder diagram and operation control interface.After power plant applied,it proved that this control system was reliable and stable.Saved economic cost for power plant and improved the efficiency of deashing,obtained a good application effect.
