非晶窄带饱和磁致伸缩系数小角磁转法测量

         

摘要

研究了一种新的方法来测量非晶窄带饱和磁致伸缩系数,它是基于小角度磁旋转带来的应力感生各向异性场的补偿及各向异性场等因素的修正来完成测量.通过自备的装置,测量出探测线圈中的二次谐波随直流磁场、张应力、交流信号的电压变化关系,间接得出感生各向异性场随张应力的变化关系,从而得到成分为Fe18B13Si9,非晶窄带的饱和磁致伸缩系数为λs=5.6×10-5.%A new method was developed to measure the saturation magnetostriction of a thin amorphous ribbon. It is based on the use of small-angle magnetization rotation to measure the change in anisotropy field caused by the tensile stress. By a self-made instrument,the dependence of the voltage of second harmonic wave on bias magnet and tensile stress and alternating current was measured. The saturated magnetostriction coefficient ( A.,) of Fe18 B13 Si, amorphous ribbon was measured and the λs, of 5. 6 x 10-5 was obtained.
