Hence, it can establish a university-business sector cooperative and innovation ecosystem in the Europe and promote the development of university innovation and entrepreneurship education in the EU member states. The establishment of governance structure of university-business sector cooperation and innovation, the active promotion of the flow of personnel between the university and the business sector, and encouraging the university and the industry sector for more extensive scientific research cooperation have become the main contents and pillars in the EU university-industrial sector cooperation and innovation.
