目的：：评价99 Tc-亚甲基二膦酸盐(99 Tc-MDP)联合糖皮质激素治疗Graves 眼病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：Graves眼病患者96例144眼随机分为对照组和试验组，对照组应用甲基强的松龙针冲击治疗，间歇期口服强的松片，试验组静脉滴注99 Tc-MDP针剂，同时应用甲基强的松龙针和强的松治疗，对比两组患者的疗效和安全性。结果：两组Graves眼病患者的临床症状均有好转，在突眼度方面，试验组有效率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义( P0.05)。试验组未出现与99 Tc-MDP相关的严重不良反应。结论：99 Tc-MDP联合糖皮质激素治疗Graves 眼病具有较好的疗效，尤其在改善突眼度方面效果好，副反应少，值得临床推广。%AlM:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of technetium-99 methylene diphosphate ( 99 Tc - MDP) with glucocorticoid therapy for Graves ophthalmopathy. METHODS: A total of 96 patients with Graves ophthalmopathy were randomly divided into two groups, The control group assigned to receive methylprednisolone injection pulse therapy and oral prednisone tablets in the intermittent period. The experimental group was given the treatment of 99 Tc - MDP injection based on therapy of the control group. Then the clinical efficacy and safety of the two therapies were compared.RESULTS:The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved. The efficiency rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, especially on the degree of exophthalmos, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 0. 05). The experimental group did not have serious adverse reactions associated with 99 Tc-MDP. CONCLUSlON: There are obvious improvements in patients with Graves ophthalmopathy treated by 99 Tc -MDP combined with glucocorticoid, especially in the degree of exophthalmus and with less adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
