Objective To evaluate the application of orientation chromogenic medium (OCM)on initial rapid identification of bacteria. Methods 3313 strains of bacteria isolated from clinical specimens and 145 strains of external quality assessment were inoculated on OCM,chromogenic character of different strains were observed and analyzed. Results There were certain chromogenic laws of different genera and species of bacteria on OCM. Conclusion OCM might have significant application value on initial rapid speculation and identification of bacteria.with the advantages of low-cost and high efficiency,and worth for widely clinical application.%目的 评价定位显色培养基在细菌快速初步鉴定中的作用.方法 将3 313株临床菌株和145株室间质评菌株点种于定位显色培养基上,观察显色特点,总结细菌显色规律.结果 不同种属的细菌在定位显色培养基上具有一定的显色规律.结论 定位显色培养基对细菌的快速初步推测和鉴定具有重要的应用价值,具有成本低廉、有助于提高工作效率等优势,值得推广应用.
