Objective To explore the influence of sample volume fraction(SVF) on the accuracy of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT)measurement. Methods Samples were detected by using fixed SVF calibration and not fixed-SVF calibration. Results Under different SFV and for the detection of samples with high value ALT, there was statistical difference between the results of fixed-SVF calibration, but no statistical difference between the results of not fixed SVF calibration. Conclusion For the detection of serum ALT, not fixed SVF calibration could be accurate.%目的 探讨不同样本体积分数(SVF)对血清ALT测定准确度的影响.方法 采用SVF固定校准法和SVF不固定校准法测定血清ALT水平.结果 不同SVF条件下,SVF固定校准法ALT高值标本检测结果间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),SVF不固定校准法ALT高值标本检测结果间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 SVF不固定校准法能够准确检测血清ALT水平.
