Objective To explore the oxidative damage in PC 12 cells induced by intermittent X-ray explosures. Method PC12 cells were irradiated with 50、150、450、1350 mGy of X-rays,respectively. The viability of PC12 cells, activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), and level of Malondialdehyde (MDA) were evaluated after irradiation. Result Compared with the control group, the viability of PC 12 cells were above 100% at 50、150、450 mGy of X-ray explosure, while under 100% at 1 350 mGy. With the increase frequency of the irradiation, the viability were decreased, showing well correlation between the viability and the accumulation of irradiation. Followed the increase frequency of the irradiation, the activity of SOD was decreased; while the levels of MDA were increased at the irradiation dose of 150, 450 mGy, respectively. Conclusion Multiple middle-low dose irradiations could induce oxidative damage in PC 12 cells , and the level of damage is associated with the dose of irradiation.%目的 探讨多次X 线暴露所致PC12 细胞的氧化性损伤.材料与方法 采用X 线以50、150、450、1 350 mGy 剂量分别照射PC12 细胞,检测辐照后细胞活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果 与正常组比较,50、150、450 mGy 单次照射后细胞活力均>100%;1 350 mGy 照射后细胞活力<100%.各剂量组细胞活力随照射次数的增多而逐渐减小,且与照射累积剂量呈较好的相关性.150、450 mGy 剂量组细胞中SOD活性随照射次数的增多而减小;MDA 含量随照射次数的增多而增多.结论 多次中低剂量X 线暴露对PC12 细胞有氧化性损伤作用,损伤程度与辐照剂量存在一定的量效关系.
