生物钟基因的功能不仅局限于调节生物节律,更与细胞内DNA的修复、细胞的增殖等一系列过程相关联,Timeless是生物钟基因成员之一,对Timeless基因的研究起步较晚.近年来研究发现生物钟基因在多种肿瘤中普遍存在表达异常,而对Timeless研究较少.%The function of clock genes is not only confined to adjust biological rhythm,but also has a great relationship with cell proliferation and DNA repair in cells.Timeless is a member of clock genes,but the study on Timeless started late relatively.In recent years,some study found that the circadian dock genes have an abnormal expression in a variety of tumors.But among these study,researches on Timeless are less.Therefore,this article summarized the domestic and foreign researches on Timeless for a review,and discussed the relationship between Timeless and tumor.
