神经营养因子和生长因子在神经干细胞中的研究进展

         

摘要

神经营养因子(neurotrophic factors,NF)包括神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neural neurotrophic factor,BDNF)等.生长因子(growth factors,GF)家族成员有酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(acidic fibroblast growth factor,aFGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)等,两大家族均对神经系统的发育以及维持神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)的存活、促进其增殖、分化并诱导其定向迁移等众多方面发挥着重要作用.本文简要概括介绍NF中的重要成员之一脑源性神经营养因子,GF家族中的重要成员VEGF和bFGF对NSCs的影响.%Neurotrophic factor including nerve growth factor (NGF), brain-derived neural neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and so on. Members of the family of growth factors (GF) with acidic fibroblast Growth factor (aFGF), basic ifbroblast growth factor (bFGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and so on, the two families are on the nervous system development and sustenance of Neural stem cells, they play an important role in many areas, such as keep the development of nervous system, promote the survival, proliferation, differentiation and induce the directional migration of neural stem cells (NSCs). This article brielfy summarizes the effects of BDNF, VEGF, bFGF on neural stem cells.
