胰腺内分泌肿瘤是源于胰腺多能神经内分泌干细胞的一类肿瘤,临床上少见,症状复杂多样,可由良性逐渐发展成恶性,病程缓慢.可按照是否由激素引起分为功能性和非功能性两种,常见类型为胰岛素瘤、胃泌素瘤、非功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤.临床上通常对该病采取外科手术进行治疗,根据疾病类型采取不同的外科治疗方案,本文将结合一些胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤外科治疗方案制定原则来对治疗方案进行分析,目的是帮助更多医疗工作者更好的选择该病的治疗方案.%Pancreatic endocrine tumor is derived from pancreatic neuroendocrine pluripotent stem cells and rare in clinical with complex and diverse symptoms. It can gradually develop into malignant from benign with the slow course of the disease. According to the pathogen, this kind of tumor can be divided into functional type and non-functional type, such as insulinoma, gastrinoma, non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Different surgical treatment is usually taken for the disease in clinical according to the type of disease. To help more medical staff to better choose the treatment of this disease, this paper analyzed treatment plan combined with some pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor surgical treatment principles.
