Based on the principle of project management, through analysis and discussion of the information requirements at different stages of the project, this paper provides the readers with programming and designing methods of the project management information of HongHe Cigarette Factory. In this system network technique is employed to trace and evaluate the implementation of the project. finally, this paper supplies a typical function structure of project management information system and the mode of how to construct the system.
