Objective To evaluate the antibacterial effect of sodium hypochlorite solutions on four endodontic pathogens. Methods The agar dilution method was used to observe the antibacterial effect of sodium hypochlorite against selected endodontic pathogens Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.gingivalis), Prevotella intermedius (P.intermedius), Fusobacterium nucleatum (F.nucleatum), Enterococcus faecalis (E.faecalis). Minimum inhibitory volume fraction and minimum bactericidal volume fraction (MBVF) were performed. Results MIVF of sodium hypochlorite for P.gingivalis, P.intermedius, F.nucleatum, E.faecalis were 0.035%, 0.07%, 0.018%, 0.28% respectively, while MBVF were 0.035%, 0.07%, 0.035%, 0.28% respectively. The rankings of the microorganisms were from most to least effective: F.nucleatum, P.gingivalis, P.intermedius, E.faecalis. Conclusion Sodium hypochlorite had excellent antibacterial effects especially for anaerobic microorganisms. The antibacterial effect of 0.5%MBVF sodium hypochlorite can satisfy the clinical need.%目的 评价次氯酸钠溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌和粪肠球菌牙髓病原菌的体外抗菌性能.方法 采用琼脂稀释法测定次氯酸钠溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌和粪肠球菌的抗菌活性,其抗菌活性以最低抑菌体积分数(MIVF)和最低杀菌体积分数(MBVF)表示.结果 次氯酸钠溶液对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌、具核梭杆菌和粪肠球菌的MIVF分别为0.035%、0.07%、0.018%和0.28%,MBVF分别为0.035%、0.07%、0.035%和0.28%,其总的抗菌效果排序分别为具核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普雷沃菌和粪肠球菌.结论 次氯酸钠对口腔常见厌氧菌有抑制和杀灭作用,具有理想的抗菌性能.0.5%MBVF的次氯酸钠溶液的抑菌性能可满足临床需求.
