In recent years, invisible aligner technique has been paid more attention to by both orthodontists and patients with the advantages of esthetics, comfortability, convenience, etc. As it has been developing rapidly, the application of the invisible aligner technique in extraction patients is more and more mature. However, the inclination of adjacent teeth and absorption of root of teeth have been troubling orthodontists. By consulting published invisible aligner technique cases with extraction home and abroad, this article reviewed the indications, extraction closure, anchorage control, elastic traction, open bite, oral health, period of treatment, stability, etc.%近年来，隐形矫治技术以其美观、舒适和简便等优点，得到了越来越多正畸医生和患者的认可。随着该技术的发展，隐形矫治在拔牙患者中的应用也日趋成熟；但是，拔牙间隙两侧牙齿的倾斜和根尖吸收等问题仍旧困扰着正畸医生。本文通过研究国内外已发表的隐形矫治拔牙病案，总结隐形矫治技术治疗拔牙患者的适应证，并探讨分析该技术在拔牙患者中应用时拔牙间隙的关闭、支抗的控制、弹力牵引的使用、前牙开(牙合)、牙体牙周健康、疗程和稳定性等相关问题。
