Objective To explore the influencing factors of scald caused by traditional Kanlisha ironing process and improve the ironing treatment process so as to reduce the incidence of scald.Methods 600 inpatients ironed both their Yongquan points at our hospital from June to September,2014 were selected as study objects and were divided into a traditional group (taking traditional process) and an improved group (taking new improved process).The incidences of scald in both group were observed.Results The incidence of scald was 3.67％ in the traditional group and was 0.00％ in the improved group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The new process has overcome the disadvantages of the traditional process and can obviously reduce the incidence of scald and increase the patients,comfortable degree.The implementation of the new process can meet the patients' needs.It is worth being generalized.%目的 探讨传统流程中坎离砂烫伤的影响因素,改进烫熨治疗流程以降低烫伤率.方法 选择2014年6月至2014年9月在本院接受坎离砂烫熨双涌泉治疗的600名患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,传统组按照传统的流程操作,改进组按照新流程操作,观察两组流程的烫伤率.结果 传统组治疗后烫伤率为3.67％,改进组治疗后烫伤率为0.00％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01) 结论 新流程克服了传统流程的弊端,使治疗烫伤率明显降低,并增加了患者舒适度,在以患者为中心的今天,实施新流程更能满足患者的需要,值得推广.
