Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment effect and the quality of life in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Method 98 patients with chronic gastric ulcer treated at the department of gastroenterology at our hospital from March,2013 to September,2014 were selected and randomly divided into a comprehensive care group,receiving comprehensive nursing intervention,and a conventional group,receiving conventional nursing intervention.The treatment efficacy,quality of life,and satisfaction degree were compared between these two groups.Result The total treatment efficacy and satisfaction degree were higher in the comprehensive care group than in the conventional group (97.96％ vs.81.63％ and 95.92％ vs.73.47％,P ＜0.05).The scores of pain,physical function,sleep,and social function were higher in the comprehensive care group than in the conventional group,with statistical differences (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic gastric ulcer can reduce the patients' negative emotions,improve treatment effect and their quality of life and has high application value.%目的 探讨综合护理干预对慢性胃溃疡患者生活质量及疗效的影响.方法 选取2013年3月至2014年9月本院消化内科收治的慢性胃溃疡患者98例,随机将其分为综合护理组和常规组,分别采用综合护理干预和常规护理,比较两组疗效、生活质量及满意度.结果 综合护理组治疗总有效率和满意度均高于常规组(97.96％ vs.81.63％,95.92％vs.73.47％,P＜0.05).综合护理组疼痛、身体功能、睡眠及社会功能评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 慢性胃溃疡患者应用综合护理干预可减轻患者不良情绪,提高治疗效果和生活质量,具有较高应用价值.
