Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of segmental ligation in the treatment of severe prolapsed circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Method Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 52 cases of severe prolapsed circumferential mixed hemorrhoids undergoing segmental ligation from 2004 to 2014.Results All 52 cases were cured.The time for wound healing was 20-40 days (averaged 30 days).There was ano-edge edema.In postoperative 5 days wound dressing change,there were 32 cases of slight pain,16 cases of mild pain,4 cases of distinct pain.There was no massive bleeding.During the follow-up of 1-2 years,there was no anal stenosis,mucosal eversion,or anal incontinence.Conclusion Segmental ligation in the treatment of severe prolapsed circumferential mixed hemorrhoids has definite curative effect,with thorough excision,simple manipulation,less complication,worthy of clinical popularization.%目的 观察分段结扎术治疗重度脱垂性环形混合痔的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2004年至2014年应用分段结扎术治疗的52例重度脱垂性环形混合痔患者的资料.结果 52例患者全部治愈.创面愈合时间为20～40天,平均30天;术后无肛门缘水肿;5天换药创口疼痛程度轻微疼痛32例,轻度疼痛16例,明显疼痛4例;无大出血病例;随访1 ～2年无肛管狭窄、粘膜外翻、便失禁等后遗症发生.结论 分段结扎术治疗重度脱垂性环形混合痔疗效确切、切除病变彻底、手术简便、并发症少,值得临床推广应用.
