Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Dioscorea Panthaica Prain et Burkill combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 110 cases of angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given Amlodipine,and patients in observation group were given Dioscorea Panthaica Prain et Burkill based on control group.The clinical efficacy and ejection fraction before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 85.45％,which was significantly higher than 69.09％ of control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,angina attack rate and duration of two groups significantly reduced,and angina attack rate and duration of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group [(3.42±0.11)times/week vs.(5.61±0.35)times/week,(4.18±0.16) d vs.(6.99±0.25) d] (P＜0.05).After treatment,the ejection fraction of two groups significantly improved,and ejection fraction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group [(0.78±0.18)vs.(0.66±0.20)] (P＜0.05).Conclusion Dioscorea Panthaica Prain et Burkill combined with Amlodipine can effectively treat angina pectoris,reduce angina frequency and duration,and improve ejection fraction.%目的 探讨地奥心血康联合苯磺酸氨氯地平临床对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果.方法 将110例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为两组,每组55例.对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平,观察组在对照组基础上加用地奥心血康胶囊.对两组临床疗效、治疗前后射血分数变化进行比较.结果 观察组总有效率为85.45％,显著性高于对照组的69.09％(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组心绞痛发作率及持续时间均显著降低,且观察组心绞痛发作频率和心绞痛持续时间[(3.42±0.11)次/周,(4.18±0.16)d]均明显低于对照组的[(5.61±0.35)次/周,(6.99±0.25)d](P＜0.05).治疗后两组射血分数显著提高,且观察组治疗后射血分数(0.78±0.18)明显高于对照组的(0.66±0.20)(P＜0.05).结论 地奥心血康联合苯磺酸氨氯地平可有效治疗冠心病心绞痛,有效降低心绞痛发作频率及心绞痛持续时间,改善射血分数.
