目的 探讨氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病的效果.方法 选取2013年3月至2014年3月我院收治的84例小儿呼吸系统疾病患者,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组42例.治疗组采用氨溴索氧气雾化治疗,对照组采用静脉滴注方式治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗组和对照组对本病均具有明显治疗效果,有效率分别为95％和81％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 氨溴索氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿呼吸系统疾病效果明显,且无不良反应,值得临床大力推广.%Objective To explore the effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of ambroxol in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease.Methods 84 children with respiratory disease treated at our hospital from March, 2013 to March, 2014 were seltected and were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 42 cases for each group.The treatment group were inhaled ambroxol by oxygen atomization and the control group intravenously dripped ambroxol.The treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results The efficacy was 95％ in the treatment group and 81％ in the control group, with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions Oxygen atomization inhalation of ambroxol in the treatment of pediatric respiratory disease is effective, has no adverse reactions, and is worth being clinically generalized.
