目的 评价药学干预乳腺、甲状腺和疝气三种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物使用的效果.方法 临床药师下临床,教育和培训相关的医务人员,对不合理使用抗菌药物实施干预,全院通报;院感科协助,对干预前后抗菌药物的使用率、使用品种、使用品种数、平均使用品种数、使用时机、疗程和平均使用金额进行对比.结果 干预后抗菌药物的使用率较干预前下降92.09％,使片品种由两大类16个品种减少到一类3个品种,平均使用品种数南干预前的1.64下降到干预后的0.08,平均使用金额由干预前的917.76元下降到干预后的9.88元.结论 对3种Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物实施药学、行政和院感的三方面共同干预,使抗菌药物的使用品种数和使用率明显下降,药物费用也显著下降,证明干预措施有效,可有效促进抗菌药物的合理使用.%Objective To evaluate the effects of antibacterials used on type Ⅰ of operative incision perioperation on galactophore thyroid gland and hernia.Methods Clinical pharmacists should teach and train the related medical staff so that unreasonable administration of drug can be prevented and announced all around the hospital.The paper analyzed the variation of frequency variety quantities and opportunity treatment and fee when the antibacterial was intervened.Results After intervention,the frequency declined 92.09％,variation also from originally 2 types of 16 kinds of declined to down to 1 types of 3 kinds,average used kinds were 1.64 down to 0.08,average fee was 917.76 down to 9.88 yuan.Conclusion Throughjoint intervention of pharmacy and administration,the variation frequency and fee sharply decline.It proves the intervening measure effected and promoted the rational administration antibacterials.
